The Province of Iloilo will not only be self-sufficient in Agri-Fisheries sector but the number one producing province nationwide.
The Province will also be the center of the best climate change resilient Agri-Aqua technologies and practices, making Iloilo the premier agri-aqua tourism destination.
The dedicated, committed and accountable government workers will make Ilonggo men and women farmers and fisher folks empowered to be God-fearing, globally-competitive and economically stable with very minimal poverty incidence.
